I purchased the Valentino Beige 3V3CNA319FU MYL jacket here. Worth €2500, I am very happy with them, great ones! Service was perfect, although at first they thought I couldn't afford it, it was on their account within 1 hour of my call. Hahaha! So 1 tip: never underestimate your customer, because of someone's background or way of talking. Beautiful store, with an amazing selection of brands. I have also received great customer service with purchases here as well. My issue is the way you are followed around the store the whole time you are there. I’ve never experienced anything like it. As soon as you walk in you’re constantly stared at, and stalked through the whole store, everywhere you go, sometimes even by multiple employees at a time. I used to love going to Antonioli but the experience there has become so uncomfortable, I don’t like shopping there at all. I used to recommend this store to my friends and people who asked me where to go when they visit Milan, and they’ve all told me this same thing too. That they’ve had horrible experiences with being followed around the store. I really hope the staff at Antonioli sees this, because I love the store and it’s amazing selection of designer goods, but as the shopping experience is now, I would not return there.

Per chi ama la moda questo negozio è il paradiso. Grande e costante ricerca di nomi nuovi caratterizzano i capi venduti all'interno. Io sbircio sempre dalle vetrine perché entrare solo per guardare mi mette a disagio. Lo so, in questo senso sono molto provinciale. Quelle poche volte che sono entrato avrei comprato tutto, o quasi.

Antonioli has the best selection in Milan, in my opinion. It's a great place to go see the most interesting designers currently on the market, and the space is very big. I rarely get through everything during one visit and there is always something new and cool.

A store with interesting collections. Unique interior, and layout. It has a huge space when you walk in. Most pieces are not made for daily wear or normal people. Always like a collection of most unusual piece from each brands. A store for it’s collectors.

Over the years, I've always shopped online at Antonioli, and finally, I got the chance to physically visit the store in Milan. The sensorial experience of entering the store is spectacular; the store interior and layout of the products are uncomplicated on the eyes, making browsing an extraordinary experience. In addition, the sales consultants were approachable and cordial when I was browsing around, and I didn't feel uncomfortable, which is often an experience you get as a consumer inside a luxury store. They have a fantastic collection of sedated avant-garde and 'commercial' pieces that tailors to all fashion consumers. The in-store experience is 100% more pleasing. I left Antonioli with a bag in my hand!

Oltre ad essere uno degli shop più interessanti e contemporanei di Milano, ti accolgono sempre con gentilezza e rispetto, ogni volta come se fosse la prima.

Quando il luxury incontra il moderno e si mette al servizio del cliente, il risultato è una esperienza VIP. Attenzione al dettaglio, cura per il cliente, ma sopratutto cura per il fido compagno a 4 zampe! Raramente ho trovato chi si è preso cura del mio cucciolo con tanta attenzione. Nonostante non abbia fatto acquisti, ho vissuto un momento Very Important People. Complimenti!!

La miglior esperienza di shopping che puoi avere nella metropoli di Milano. La scelta dei capi è accuratissima, parecchi sono “da sfilata”, quindi unici e che non troveresti neppure nei flagship dei brand in questione.. a proposito di brands basta dare un’occhiata al sito x accorgersi quali hanno, i migliori classico sia pret a porter che haute couture è sempre le novità più in voga e richieste. Personale super gentile è disponibilissimo che hai la Capacità e le competenze di metter a proprio agio chiunque varchi la porta, dal compratore compulsivo al semplice girovago che entra per farsi un’idea. Voto 5 stelle meritatissime!

Staff simpatico e alla mano, ho comprato una felpa di 44 Label e una sneaker di Givenchy. Il ragazzo era molto preparato, ci tornerò volentieri per i prossimi acquisti.
