Thanks for the kindness in service, food was excellent. We went in without reservation (always recommend to get it - as the place is popular and good. ) we had a baby and owner was kind to accommodate at least baby’s dinner. So thankful !!

Craving some indian food while strolling in Milan? Banaras is the place to go, trust me. Amazing food, impeccable service (the waitress has learnt all indian dishes, by heart!) & great hospitality. The chef is from India, and each dish is perfectly made, truly indian.

Tutto buonissimo, il biryani di carne, il biryani semplice e il masala di pollo sono migliori del pollo al burro, sconsiglio il samosa in cui l'impasto è duro.. Ciò che lo distingue è che in Italia è indiano, e la maggior parte soprattutto, la sua carne è halal.. Visiterò di nuovo 👍🏼

Grazie al dipendente (Sahar) per il buon trattamento e il cibo è delizioso. Il difetto del negozio è che non c'è ventilazione. Sarebbe meglio se aprisse le finestre o aprisse la porta per far entrare l'aria.

The taste of the food was good, the owner is very much interested in looking after guests and helping them with their orders. Vegetables are fresh and of good quality. A very fine dining experience. Do try gulkand kulfi.

Cibo molto buono ma nel complesso piuttosto caro. Per intentebderci. Calici di vino a scelta tra 7/9/10 euro. Bottiglie non sotto le 35 euro. Coperti 3 euro. Ciotolina di riso bianco di accompagnamento alle verdure 7 euro. Ambiente tranquillo e piacevole.

One of the best Indian cuisines we’ve ever tried in Milan! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming us wholeheartedly although the restaurant was fully booked that night. The atmosphere was as pleasant and authentic as the quality of the dishes. The biryanis and butter chicken had the perfect amount of spiciness and seasonings. Was such a great first impression, definitely hoping to visit in the future!

Having tried many of the Indian restaurants all over Milan, this is hands down the leader for food quality and taste. In fact they only place we have been back to. They are happy to make it spicer for us too meaning not just adding an extra spoon of chilli powder like others but actual masala for an authentic indian taste.

They serve good Indian Food and have a good variety of dishes. I recommend their newly added bullet naan and malai kofta and any paneer dish for vegetarians. The prices are on the higher side and seem costly but the service and taste compensates for it. This place is always booked so it's better to reserve a table before going there
