I was fortunate to have been treated by Jo and she was absolutely amazing! She is professional, approachable and patient. Jo’s knowledge and expertise are evident, she is clearly passionate about osteopathy and in helping people who are suffering from various issues. I was suffering from historic back pain and Jo managed to highlight an issue I was unaware of and treated the problem! When my 8 year old son had a long period in hospital, following his surgery, we visited Jo and she carefully treated him over a period of time which enabled him to recover fully. Her help and expertise were invaluable to his healing. Jo has a wonderful ability to work with many different people, of different ages, her skills and approach are of such a high level. I would totally recommend her!

Con la dottoressa Vale mi sento molto a mio agio. Mi piace che ascolti me ed il mio corpo con attenzione e che mi spieghi tutto durante il trattamento. Inoltre, quando ho 'un pezzo' fuori uso, mi bastano due o tre trattamenti con lei e mi passa tutto.

I severely hurt my back when I was on a working trip in Milan to the point that I barely could move. I was desperately looking for a Englisch speaking osteopath when I found Joanna. She gave me an appointment the next day and helped my body reduce the inflammation as well as allowed the tissue to slowly relax again. After only one treatment my back improved so much over the course of two days, the pain was almost all gone and I could resume my work! She saved my trip. I can only highly recommend her, she had a great eye and understanding for the individual needs of my body at that moment. It was a pleasure to be treated by such a competent, friendly and empathetic osteopath.

I’ve been going to Joanna for three years now and she has really saved me in some tough points throughout that time. I came in with shoulder pain, migraines and nervous system issues from stress (thanks to covid and work) and she was able to work magic as well as treat other symptoms that I had for years! I thought it was just my ‘normal’ but she explained everything so I was able to understand in a clear way and treat it. I recently started a food business that requires many hours on my feet each week and what hit? Extremely painful plantar fasciitis. This condition manifested as shooting pains when my feet touched the ground specially in the mornings and it got a little better during the day, only to repeat as a cycle, getting worse every morning. Having to be on painful feet is really very difficult when one must be standing or walking all day. When I was explaining my symptoms to my osteopath (Joanna Vale) she instantly diagnosed what it was and gave me exercises to do and recommendations on how to change my footwear which I followed. Oh my god- complete and total magical cure. I highly recommend osteopathy and Bodylab. I can't begin to say how very grateful I am that my plantar fasciitis is under control.

Joanna is amazing! She saved me twice!! I had a broken toe the first time which had been bothering me for months but didn't know what to do with it...I went into the session limping and not being able to walk properly and just after 1hr, I came out running (not even exaggerating) !! The second time I had a neck injury, I went in with a neck brace and came out almost healed and had the best night sleep that night! Joanna is absolutely magical :)

Frequento Body Lab da un po' per problemi di schiena e mi sono affidata ad Igor per un programma di ginnastica posturale e di recupero. Igor è bravissimo nel capire i tuoi problemi e ti indirizza verso gli esercizi per risolverli. Ho provato ovunque prima di arrivare qui, con risultati mediocri. Loro sono quello che davvero stavo cercando!!

Posto fantastico, hanno aiutato per un dolore alla schiena quando ho passato a Milano per un appuntamento di lavoro! Top!
