Great Goyard store in Milano! Yes, there’s a line but that speaks to their exclusivity and commitment to staying this way. Their products are outstanding, classic, durable and make you feel like you are wearing an art piece. I was assisted by Simone and he was exactly what you wish for when you are shopping. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly and with a slight british accent and sense of humor. A+++! Whether you're a fashion pro or just looking for something special to remember your trip to Milan, this store deserves a visit. It's a total treat for anyone who loves Goyard!

Non rispondo al telefono Ho cercato contattarli per le 10:05 ma non c’è stato verso. Con difficoltà sono riuscito a contattarli e con loro tempi mi hanno risposto !! Nulla da dire !!

Come si sa il negozio è piccolo e quindi bisogna fare la fila fuori ma ne vale la pena per i prodotti che offre, luxury fashion, atmosfera e arredamenti che ricordano ancora la data di apertura, 1853. Personale preparato, disponibile e cortese. Insomma, un vero piacere entrarvi, essere servito ed infine acquistare.

Recently shopped at goyard Milan .. and the. experience was great. The sales team was extremely helpful, special thx for Giulia B and her manger they made my experience so much better in Milan brunch rather than the other brunches .. thx again .. appreciated your care and follow up with my repair bag that i should received in London.

We waited 2 hours when we came at 1030 (the store opens at 10) and there was a queue. We were served by Andreas and what an enjoyable service from him. The guy at the door was also very helpful to check different stocks while we waited in line. Thank goodness Andreas told us the tax office is nearby so we went to process our refund but realised we were given someone else tax forms by goyard! Imagine if we had only found this out at the airport!! We went back to goyard to get our forms sorted and they almost gave us another person form again but we checked now and finally it was mine. I don’t know what is going to happen to the guy that has our tax refund form and passport number. Please check ya purchases and tax forms before you leave.

My friend and I took a day-trip to Milan from Rome and knew we wanted to splurge on some luxury goodies at Goyard. When we arrived, there were about 10 people in front of us, however, after the sales associate told us the wait-time, about 4 people in front of us left. Still, we waited 2 hours to get in (even after they told us it would only be about 45 minutes). The SA inside didn't look too friendly, but once we started chatting with her, she opened up and was very helpful. They didn't show us a ton of inventory, they basically asked what we were looking for and then showed us items that aligned with our requests. Luckily, they had my friend's dream bag and the matching wallet, card holder, and passport holder. I was looking for a Jouvence GM, 2 card holders, and a passport holder - all of which they had. So I left very happy. The experience was really awesome - they were very courteous inside and I think the long wait is due to people that just go in to browse or people that wait in line and then call their groups once it's their turn to go in. It happened a few times where someone in line would get on the phone and like 5-7 people would show up to go inside with them. Some of the people that were in there when we were, asked if they could buy X amount of bags and wallets and the SA's had to explain the limitations. All of our SLGs came in small boxes but the larger bags do not. I totally understand that it's not ideal to take boxes, especially to cram into our luggage, but they told us that boxes are usually only provided for SLGs and trunks. I like to organize my purchases in my bedroom display - so I was a little bummed that my toiletry just came loose in a dust bag. Anyway, GREAT experience all around - very happy with my first Goyard visit/purchase.

So so experience. No instructions on how the line wait times worked. Got 2 beautiful pieces but the process takes way too long. Only one in the area so people choose to wait in line. Very small once inside.

Amazing experience at the Milan boutique despite the near hour wait for about 10 people in front of us. The associate considered the styles I wanted, and pulled out a gorgeous style for us not even on display in the store. They explained every detail for each bag we enquired about. The store itself is very tiny and crowded, which is why they must limit the number of buyers in the store.

Long queue but waiting time is acceptable.

Waited 3.5 hrs on Saturday morning. That really was the worst experience. Once inside the associates were helpful but there’s no seats… one good thing is they don’t charge extra for different colors.

L'esperienza in negozio è stata ancora una volta eccellente. Riassumendo brevemente cosa... aiuta molti e altri a non scrivere. Ero al negozio intorno alle 10:05, a quel punto c'era già una piccola coda davanti al negozio. La mia attesa è stata di circa 45 minuti. Tuttavia, tutto è passato abbastanza rapidamente perché Goyard offre il servizio in cui un dipendente si rivolge a tutti in fila e chiede se possono aiutarli e ti dà le prime informazioni se il prodotto desiderato è disponibile nel negozio nel tuo colore preferito. È fondamentalmente un arrivo dell'inventario ambulante e molto amichevole. Una coppia dietro di me doveva andare all'aeroporto e aveva pochissimo tempo, quindi ha organizzato che entrassero nel negozio e se ne andassero velocemente. Nel mio giorno, un lunedì, fino a sei dipendenti del piccolo negozio erano impegnati a consigliare i clienti. Quando sono entrato nel negozio, mi è stato immediatamente assegnato un consulente molto competente che mi ha aiutato con le mie domande e mi ha dato i migliori consigli possibili. Lei è stata molto gentile e davvero simpatica. Si è presa il suo tempo e non ha lasciato che nulla affrettasse. Posso solo esprimere ancora una volta i miei ringraziamenti al team, al servizio e alle persone davvero eccellenti di Goyard. L'esperienza in negozio è stata un 10/10. Mi fa sempre piacere venire in negozio a Milano.

Unique and very exclusive brand, tremendous service

Quite a pleasant experience shopping here despite what some people experienced - fast service and my purchase was completed within 20 minutes! Super easy. The man who opened the door to welcome us was nice too!

Come early skip the queue... Totally worth it.

We got lucky with waiting time, we waited for 1 hour and got inside. They provided an umbrella when we were standing outside in the hot sun. Good in store service.

Qui il tempo sembra essersi fermato, ma lo dico in senso positivo. Un negozio unico con venditori amichevoli. Ho ricevuto buoni consigli qui. C'era una vasta scelta e tutto era in stock. L'unica critica è il tempo di attesa per entrare nel negozio.
