Very good experience at HelpHousing in Milan. Service was amazing, quick responses from Andrea and his team, flexible on payment methods. At first I booked a room in a different house (also of HelpHousing), however after my Uni location reveal, I had to change the location asap. Andrea was very helpful and offered me a similar option right next to my Uni. Apartment was exactly what was on the picture, clean and in a perfect state. The only one inconvenience that some of living necessities are not provided (like boiler, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc). One thing to be carful for, are the utilities bills. On the contract is mentioned that up to €50 pp is included, however, adding electricity, gas, wifi, waste tax, etc - comes up to be a much higher number in the end of your stay. So expect extra costs. If you are coming for an exchange or for a full year, HelpHousing is definitely number 1 option! Trusted people, great service and quality accommodations. Many thanks to Andrea and his team to make my stay in Milan safe and comfortable!!

It was a great experience with Help Housing, I am an exchange student from Thailand to Bocconi for 4 months and everything went smoothly. The contracts were clear, the payment was easy, even if we didn’t have European bank accounts we can pay through our local cards. The moving out process was also very easy. Whenever something wasn’t functioning properly like a window or maybe the fridge, the repairman would be there to help you in a few days. Special thanks to Andrea for helping me with everything.

It is a very centrally located apartment and you have everything you need close by. The apartment is very modernly furnished. The service of the landlord is also very good. You feel comfortable there.

Best accommodation service in Milan.

HelpHousing is a serious housing agency for students which in Milan is worth a lot considering the number of scams in the market (!). Andrea, the responsible flat manager, has been friendly, reliable and available at all times. The whole process, starting from signing the contract, moving in and moving out has been performed smoothly and fair. The rented room was in a shared appartment with two other persons. The appartment has been renovated recently and included new devices (e.g. laundry machine and fridge, but also a TV). The individual rooms are fully furnished, however the furniture is nothing special and very basic. Considering the very high price of 900€ and the lack of some important furniture such as vacuum cleaner, bed sheets and blanket, this is why I‘ll give 4 stars. Overall, the experience with Helphousing Milan has been excellent and I can recommend choosing the agency for your stay in Italy!

I am very happy with help housing Milano. We were looking for an apartment that had two free rooms for a friend and me and we were very lucky that Andrea found us one that was just what we were looking for. Now we live in a well located and beautiful apartment! Anything we have needed has been solved very quickly and we are very grateful to have found them.

I rented a room for my five-months exchange semester in Milan. The apartments that helphousing offers are not the cheapest but still fair, as it is also quite hard to find short-term rentals. The rooms are nice, big and are very well maintained (cleaning services are included). The communication with the agency was very easy.

I rented a room for my Erasmus semester in Milan. The flat was clean, located in a calm area and had all basic necessities and was well maintained. The rent is not cheap , but compared to what my friends paid for their room the price was fair. I can recommend Helphousing and would use it again in the future.
