In tre parole: super gentili, disponibili e onesti. Mi avevano cambiato una batteria un anno fa ed è ancora perfetta (pagata con prezzo molto onesto). Ora ho riportato il PC per un problema più grave e purtroppo non risolvibile, hanno eseguito tutti i test che potevano e alla fine non mi hanno fatto pagare nulla (dato che appunto non si poteva fare nulla per sistemare). Un servizio che consiglio al 100%, se avrò bisogno sicuramente tornerò da loro.

I went there for a software issues with my laptop. Firstly, they greet you pleasantly and after they diagnose your PC, they explain to you in detail of the issues with the PC and offer you the available honest options to repair your PC. Thanks to them my laptop's now fully functional. I thank them for their expertise and honest service. I've definitely recommended their services to my family and friends.

Even though my computer was beyond fixing I have never had better service. Besides not being charged at all, Sasan took the time to explain to me in all details what had happened and what my options were. He also helped me with what I should look for in a new computer and offered to take a look at the specs before I buy it. The loss of my computer was definitely made easier by bringing it to the laptop clinic!

Amazingly professional, reliable, efficient! My laptop got damaged in a car accident and the service center told me to replace parts, but Sasan was able to fix it by opening up and repairing the hardware. It was so simple and stress-free. Recommend 11/10

Very helpful and caring staff! Highly recommended. Great communication, reliable and friendly. They even borrowed me their own charger before mine would have been shipped. They explained me every step and made clear what was the problem and the alternatives for solving it.

I had to find an european cable to be able to charge my asus laptop (america :) ) and they helped me with a perfeft professionalism : they tested if the cable was working with me and if we wanted a coffee. Very nice people 👍 👌 …

Ho portato il mio pc fisso da loro qualche mese fa dopo che ho preso appuntamento, mi hanno controllato velocemente il computer e mi hanno detto subito il problema e mi hanno proposto le opzioni con cui procedere, dopo 2/3 giorno l’hanno già aggiustato, lo uso da più di 3 mesi e funziona benissimo.

The staff were incredibly kind, supportive and professional. We took my sister's computer to their shop because it wasn't charging. When they figured out that the issue was in the charger and not the laptop, they suggested where she can find a new charger and refused any payment. I cannot recommend it enough!

Superb experience. Friendly, competent staff, who are clearly passionate about what they do. I upgraded the SSD on my laptop almost two months ago, the process was fast , precise, and the price was honest. Ever since my PC has been working wonderfully. Would recommend 10/10

The staffs speak perfect English and are very friendly and willing to help dealing my laptop issue with a sound plan. They explained everything very clear and update you your laptop situation instantly so that you could have a clear schedule of the fixing procedure. Also, since I still need my laptop to work while waiting for the replacement to ship, they offered me a temporary alternative plan to keep my laptop while waiting for the shipment. All in all, I will highly recommend this shop to fix your laptop : )

Professional and polite. We were accommodated without an appointment as I landed there via a referral. They request an appointment based visit. We were dealt with Sasan and he was extremely polite and provided all information and options. Price was reasonable. I went there without an appointment (they are mandatory) because my computer shut down unexpectedly, and they tried their best to accomodate me anche check my computer. They checked my laptop, explained me the problem and estimated a price. 3 days later my computer was completely fixed. Fast service and reasonable prices

Very friendly and professional. They take a look at your system and give you an estimated cost so you can decide better. And you receive your system repaired and with warranty. And they are fluent in english.
