This bridal atelier is amazing. It took 9 hours of traveling (train and plane) to arrive and I would not do anything differently if I had to start all over again. My only regret is that I mistakenly waited to do my appointment. Even with the time constraint I received my beautiful, perfect, dress that fitted me gorgeously in plenty of time. The atelier staff is super warm and welcoming. You have your own studio to try on dresses that suit your taste and budget. But even though I did not find the one in the dresses pre-selected, the staff there went above and beyond to search for other dresses for me to choose from. I really felt appreciated and taken care of. I have so much love for Annie. She really made this experience a beautiful memory and I hope others get the chance to be assisted by her. She is such a warm soul and she really knows how to choose a dress based on the person who will wear it. Their style, personality, frame... I honestly could not have asked for a better person for the job. Beatrice was also very wonderful. She is the hero who went excavating through even more dresses than there already were to find my perfect dress. She is so nice and even funny when she opens up to you. I am so happy that both ladies were with me for choosing and fitting my dress. The dress was amazing. I felt like royalty. I looked like royalty. I have been to other bridal shops in Europe and the USA, but this atelier is the only place I whole heartedly would recommend. From the assistants to the seamstresses, everyone works really hard to make sure that you are happy and the most gorgeous you have ever been. Thank you so much ladies!!! Love, Nicole Manessier

Sono stata in questo atelier con L umore bassissimo visto le cattive esperienze avute in altri atelier della Lombardia Avevo svariate richieste per il mio abito essendo una persona molto decisa Le ragazze mi hanno ASCOLTATA capita mi hanno aiutato e tranquillizzato sempre con un bellissimo sorriso Alla prima prova sono stata seguita da altre ragazze e vi assicuro che la cortesia e professionalità che ho trovato alle spose di Milano difficilmente si trova ! Tra poche settimane indosserò il mio abito e allegherò le foto dello splendido modello che mi hanno consigliato e del quale mi sono innamorata ❤️

I would like to tell you all my experience about buying a wedding dress at Le Spose di Milano. I believe it is important since we are talking about an experience that must be unique. When I went to visit the store for the first time, I had mixed feelings because at the same time as I was attended by a very smiling and helpful attendant, there was also a lady who seemed to want me to quickly decide which dress I was going to choose. I tried on a total of 5 dresses (which I think is not that much considering how many dresses the store has available) and I believe I chose mine in less than 40 minutes. Unfortunately, they didn't speak English very well and I felt a certain harshness when explaining fitting details, which I didn't know or understand, as it was my first time choosing a dress. This week I returned for the first fitting with shoes and was attended by a lady (short hair and glasses - unfortunately I don't remember her name) who helped during the fitting. In the end I questioned the possibility of adjusting the dress train, as I will be getting married on the beach and I wouldn't like the dress to drag too much and I was surprised to hear from her that an additional fee would be charged for this adjustment because the train adjustment was not included as a normal adjustment. I went to the hotel and read the contract and found nothing related to what she had said. I returned to the store to try the dress again and check that the adjustments were correct done and I was assisted by Beatrice (who saved Le Spose di Milano from receiving a score of 3), as she was extremely kind, listened to me, responded to my requests and requested the train adjustment without even commenting on any additional amount needed. I returned to the store for the fourth time to check just the fit of the dress train and asked to be attended by her, who completed the service and delivered the adjusted dress with great professionalism. I would like to remember the name of the lady who treated me very poorly and even informed me about an additional amount to be paid in a completely inappropriate way, but it is great that I remember the name of the person who attended me very well: Beatrice. Considering the total experience, I would give it a 3.5, but as it is not possible, I leave it at 4.

Il 13 Novembre sono andata con i miei genitori presso l'atelier le Spose di Milano, per scegliere il mio abito da Sposa. Sono stata accolta da Annie e Sandra che mi hanno saputo guidare e consigliare nella mia scelta con professionalità, cortesia e pazienza. Grazie a presto!
