Un impiegato che parlava un po' di giapponese mi ha aiutato. Il Giappone è caro, l’Italia è economica! Ciò che ha detto è stato carino e divertente. Penso che la borsa fosse effettivamente economica.

I had a very pleasant visit at this Prada store, the staff was very nice to me (shout out to Laura, she was a very sweet lady) and overall I felt pretty confortable. I've been to other luxury outlets and was often put off by the security almost breathing in my neck or/and making me uncomfortable but here this wasn't the case, the service was classy as expected but not to the point you feel unwanted there. Everything looked neat. Even after my purchase they checked on me to see if everything was alright with my purchase. I definitely will buy again from this store since I love Prada <3

Decided to buy my first prada bag in milan and Cristian Paloschi welcomed us with an amazing personality. He is one of the most attentive and sweet client advisor in galleria vittorio emanuele. Definitely made my purchase worth it.

I stepped into the store and Antonio Costa welcomed me graciously. He proceeded to share that it is the first Prada store and highlighted all the preserved elements. I saw a bag I liked but he led me downstairs to show me more. After trying the one he recommended and the one I saw upstairs, I went for the one he chose but in a slightly larger size. I had only 45 min to shop as I had a dinner appointment and Antonio provided excellent service. I am loving the bag the more I use it and he said the classic leather is so durable that mothers have been known to hand it down to their daughters. 🥰

Lo Store in Galleria, dalla location unica, ha vetrine ampie allestite con particolare attenzione e design. I prodotti Prada poi non hanno bisogno di nessuna presentazione. Luogo per sognare. ❤️

First time visiting Milan this week. Went to this Prada store and Georgia was our shop assistant for our whole time at the store and WOW! What a pleasant experience, Georgia knew A LOT about the Prada brand and the history of the store - walked us around the whole shop and spoke to us about all the different products and the ranges, introduced us to another guy working with the Prada jewellery (forgot his name - sorry!) but again he too was extremely knowledgeable with the jewellery and brand. Georgia let us try on any products we wanted to and made us feel welcomed and comfortable there. Georgia has perfect English (I’m from the UK) and the experience in this shop was much much much better than any of in the UK! I didn’t buy anything from the store as I had already been to a few different Prada stores this week and already made my purchases, however if I knew the experience would’ve been this pleasant I would’ve held out buying until going to this store! Most definitely recommend visiting this store, all staff are friendly, security are friendly and do not make you feel uneasy, wide range of products and bursting with history of the Prada brand with this store being the first! (And ask for Georgia to serve you if you can!) @Prada, PAY GEORGIA MORE EUROS!!!! Exceptional customer services skills, knows many languages and very knowledgeable of the brand and history! You will be losing a VERY key member of staff if she leaves. Will come back to this Prada store next time in Milan!

I’ve been wanting a bag for a while and decided that the original store was the right place for my first Prada. I went to the store yesterday and the treatment and help from the client advisors couldn’t be better. Stefania helped me out when choosing the bag, she gave me her honest tips and opinion, as well as cleared all of my doubts. She was just incredible and made this moment even more special. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. She also offered drinks (including champagne) while I was there! Thank you so much for the attention, I totally recommend this store and the staff. I’ll definitely come back to buy some shoes on my next trip!

Bought a bucket hat for my wife as souvenir. It was a boutique for ladies and took some courage to get into by a man alone. But stuff was kind and gave some advice to choose appropriate size and colors.
