Great experience, only a twingo was available but it was 2023 and surprisingly good on a highway plus the perfect car for narrow Italian streets. Price was good also, highly recommended!

Excellent experience here! Communicated over WhatsApp, fast check in, convenient city location, friendly staff. I had booked on a third party platform that gave me a voucher. The voucher said “snow chains included free”. When I asked the staff about my snow chains they said there is an extra fee. When I showed them my voucher they honored it and did not charge me. Easy drop off too! Was able to drop off at 7pm on a Sunday which is very convenient since many rental car companies do not operate at such hours on weekends.

Best car rental in milan. The car was clean, the staff was really friendly explained every little doubt i had patiently and when i had to return the car i reached there a little late and the staff where understanding and waited for me even though it was at night. Best for tourist who have doubt of renting a car reading all the other negative reviews. Really good rental service if you want to book a car without any hassle I recommend this rental.

È stato eccellente, un'ottima agenzia di noleggio auto che consiglio. Ho prenotato qui perché non mi fidavo affatto delle altre agenzie italiane dopo aver letto le recensioni su internet. La comunicazione tramite WhatsApp prima del noleggio dell'auto è stata perfetta, risposta rapida e attenta. Il giorno del noleggio dell'auto mi sono state consegnate le chiavi velocemente, un video dello stato dell'auto inviato da Whatsapp e il proprietario mi ha dato ottimi consigli per evitare multe per parcheggio e traffico. L'auto era nuova, ottima e in perfette condizioni. Ho preso un seggiolino per bambini che era ben installato e anche ottimo! Durante il noleggio ho fatto una domanda all'agenzia via Whatsapp e la risposta è stata istantanea, molto molto utile quando sei bloccato. La riconsegna dell'auto è avvenuta davanti al nostro alloggio, non lontano dall'agenzia, il che è stato perfetto perché i bambini erano stanchi e non volevano fare 10 minuti a piedi... Al momento della restituzione dell'auto è stato realizzato un video.

Servizio e trattamento eccellenti. Anche il prezzo è molto buono rispetto ad altre società di noleggio in Italia. Abbiamo ritirato l'auto all'aeroporto all'orario previsto e quando l'abbiamo consegnata ai loro uffici ci hanno offerto un passaggio fino all'aeroporto. L'auto che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile, quindi ci hanno dato un'auto di fascia più alta (che sorpresa 🤩). Molto attento a tutte le domande che avevamo prima e durante il noleggio dell'auto. Se torneremo a Milano lo ripeteremo senza dubbio. Grazie di tutto 😄
