This place is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Milan, and my friend booked it as a surprise for our Christmas trip. The experience was nothing short of magical, and I would highly recommend it. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and the treatments they offer are top-notch. I was fortunate enough to have Aline, an incredibly talented masseuse, work out all the knots in my body from traveling. She was not only skilled but also very kind and thoughtful in her craft. I felt like a new person after the massage, and I could not have been more grateful. The receptionists, Annalisa, Elena, and Eva, are truly wonderful. They were sweet and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or information we needed during our time there. Finally, I heard amazing things about Roxana, who ensures that the spa area is up to par for the wonderful people that come to enjoy this space. She is a true rock star, and everything was always taken care of. If you're ever in Milan and looking for a luxurious spa day, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience unforgettable!

Had an amazing time with my cousin in Milan. We visited this spa and had such a peaceful afternoon and evening enjoying the amenities. I received a massage from Bintu, and I absolutely fell in love with her, lol. She was so sweet, patient, and friendly. Her massage was wonderful and helped me rest. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My husband and I were staying at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia for our honeymoon and got massages and booked the private spa with a jacuzzi, saunas and showers and it was amazing ! The massages were a great way to relax on a travel heavy trip. They gave us champagne and snacks during our private hour. Definitely an awesome honeymoon activity. Anna, Francesca, Benedetta and Noemi were so nice and made sure we had an amazing experience! Highly recommend a visit if you are staying at the hotel!

Bella ed ingegnosa la stanza relax di sale Gentile e cordiale il servizio Consiglio di venire in settimana sopratutto al mattino Massaggio Spa/palestra/piscina prezzo giusto per quello che offre. Aperitivo al 7°piano con vista stupenda

Great value for money. Located at Gallia hotel it is a small but nice spa with Shiseido products. After a nice facial we could also enjoy the swimming pool and sauna. Kind service and nice installations

Very relaxing,great selection of treatments,calm and peaceful ambient and my favorite room was the one with heated ergonomic loungers and it was so relaxing I felt asleep.The only thing that needs to be improved is the quality of drinks and snacks at the bar where there are very few choices available but everything else was great.
