Tranquillo, possibilità di sedersi anche al primo piano, in linea con gli altri negozi Starbucks dal punto di vista dei prodotti, caffè freddo un po' troppo grumoso con molti pezzi di ghiaccio ma personale cortese. La toilette giusto sufficiente. Mi aspettavo dei servizi igienici migliori e meglio conservati dato il locale recente.

Bello, molto accogliente, ha un piano superiore dove puoi rilassarti mentre consumi la tua bevanda e intnto puoi ricaricare anche cellulari/pc/tablet.

Their service and food quality is brilliant but their packaging material is not as outclass as the brand is. Coffee and liquids always ooze out of the glass when they pack it. They must use a plastic covering to seal the glass tightly.

Abroad in Milan

For the love of returning regulars, get these employees a corporate handbook! Even though it seems that it’s completely normal to walk into any café in Milan and be the 85th customer at a table that hasn’t been cleaned since the 1st, I would think that the Starbucks corporation puts aside social norms in order to comply with the health department. I will start by saying that customer service here is excellent behind the counter. Everyone is friendly & fast. However, part of offering a great experience in any establishment is making the customers feel that cleanliness is a priority, not just smiles & fastness. I’ve been coming to this starbucks about 1-2 times per week for a few months now. Not once have I seen them measure a customer’s temp, request customers use the sanitizer at the entrance, sweep, or ever found a clean table, even when the dining room is empty. Tables are always full of old crumbs & sugar crystals & coffee stains & other miscellaneous liquids. & from the looks of the short lines at the counter, the 2-3 employees working on one shift do have the time to regularly clean where customers gather. Not only is this not a time to skimp on table duty because of this little thing called a global viral pandemic, but it’s just embarrassing that I meet with clients here & have to wipe down the tables myself. How gross is it to sit down at a table & have your forearms stick to it?! I’m willing to overlook some shortcomings in a restaurant or cafe because not everything can be perfect but hygiene is where I draw the line, literally & probably on one of their tables using my finger & my coffee. Again, the staff is always very nice & all but for the price I’m paying, I think they should be coming out from behind the counter sometimes. Yeah, I’ll keep coming back a few more times because of their location, hours, menu offerings, free wifi & access to electric outlets, etc. Hopefully, I’ll see an improvement in how they maintain it, otherwise I’ll have to ask them to start paying me for all the table & chair cleaning I’m doing.
