Having greatly enjoyed the one in Lisbon, I was excited to stumble upon another. As soon as I entered I was disappointed with the obvious fewer choices. Regardless I went on and ordered. The staff wasn't exactly friendly. At times it felt like bordering on rude. It wasn't just me, I sat and ate and noticed the person serving being argumentative with a number of other customers. Next time I'll skip this location or go to a smaller family run store.

So glad we found this place on our visit to Milan. Tucked away down a pedestrian street next to the restaurants is this lovely gelateria that provides a very unique and delicious ice cream experience. The ice creams are made from natural ingredients and taste delicious! You can choose 2 or 3 flavours to try even in a small cone and they will arrange the flavours to present them beautifully in the shape of a flower! Service was very good, prices were on a par with other geaterias in Milan center and the ambience in the shop was very nice. I thoroughly recommend this experience if you visit Milan!

Actually, the service and everything was great. We were served by Miss Helin. Probably they have changed their staff comparing to the low reviews i saw. well done and we did really enjoy their ice cream macarons and atmosphere.

Amazing gelato .Must try .It was very hot to stand in queue and we finished 3 liters of water in 1 hour .But the gelato is defo worth it.Try the fruity flavors on a hot day .

Good product, anyway a tourist trap.... Really overpriced and the quantity is not in line with the Italians standard. More for tourist than locale. Btw a nice Italian experience.

Definitely worth the price and wait, plenty of different options for gelato, shakes, macaroons and extremely yummy. Highly recommend to try this for anyone.

Good tasting gelato, especially the Chocolate gelato (diary free!) and the blood orange gelato and caramel ice cream. Points lost for the method of service (you pay first for a size cup or cone, then you pick the flavours), I’ve never experienced a place that runs this way. The staff were rude and snippy with us for not understanding this.

Personale davvero cordiale e gentile, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Gelato buonissimo a forma di rosa e i macaron sono spettacolari!

Ice cream is excellent, place's cozy. Too bad closing time is so early at 11pm, when plenty of people - and tourists - are hanging around. We got there around 11.20 and was closing, but luckily smart and nice guy behind the desk, named Leonardo, showing a perfect customer satisfaction attitude and a sense of business much higher than who took the decision to close at 11pm served us in despite of time, getting ice cream from the back of the shop. I bought half a kilo! I suggest he runs the shop, since now on!
