During our European holiday with a stop in Milan (15 Feb 24) , we made sure to visit this watch GMT in hopes of finding a specific model I had been eagerly hunting for. As we stepped in, we were warmly greeted by Retail Manager Mattia. Right from the start, it was evident that Mattia possessed an extraordinary level of friendliness, patience, and an infectious smile. Despite the boutique not having the exact model I was searching for (definitely not Rolex), Mattia went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He graciously served us drinks and engaged us in delightful conversations about watches. I couldn't help but notice the two exquisite timepieces adorning his wrists, a testament to his passion for horology. Discovering that there were options to purchase the coveted model directly from overseas was indeed enlightening, making the visit worthwhile. Our time spent at GMT was truly enjoyable, thanks in no small part to the exceptional service provided by Mattia. A special shoutout is certainly deserved for his outstanding hospitality and knowledge.

In a world were luxury is not comprehended anymore and often mistaken, Mattia and Jacopo have done a great job encapsulating the essence of it through true customer service, passion, humility and know how. I try not to compare people nor experiences but these brothers have made it so special for me that I refuse to purchase elsewhere, even at discounts. You might ask yourself the question why they still carry the brands they do when other ADs have lost them. It is due to the real bonds and relationships they have carefully created, unlike other very known shops in Milan, whom I think won’t have a business in ten years. This is the proof that there are still young, visionary and hard-working men who could have simply put their feet up and inherited a store and name, yet decided to craft their own way through their vision, one that I will always be here to support! Un luogo di perdizione per chi, come me, ha la passione-mania della orologeria da polso. Una selezione di Marche di grande fascino e costo che non può lasciare indifferente il vero collezionista ed appassionato. Grandi orologi usabili anche ogni giorno, di nicchia o meno, certamente fatti da artigiani e maestri con grande professionalità. Proprietari molto preparati e con una grande storia alle spalle nel settore ed un futuro certamente importante.
