Consegniamo l'auto a Milano. Alla reception, il signor Luis ci ha assistito in modo molto cordiale e gentile. Avevamo noleggiato l'auto qualche giorno prima nella città di Roma. Ci hanno regalato un'unità nuova (aveva solo 2.600 chilometri). L'auto del marchio DR5, a noi sconosciuta, dalle ottime prestazioni. Affitteremo sicuramente di nuovo da HERTZ.

Brought back our motorbikes after a long journey from Lisbon! Carlos, the Hertz ride staff member taking them back, was super friendly and really enthusiastic, as a rider himself. Super quick, super easy, nice talk with him and the whole procedure was done in under 10 minutes and he even called us a taxi to the airport. Very happy with the service, nothing to worry about! If you want to start your motorbike tour from Milan, which is indeed a good starting point, I can nothing but recommend the Hertz ride Service in Milan! Thanks Carlos.

Great experience. The whole process was easy and quick. The bikes were new and performed great. Picking them up and returning them was easy, little bit of paperwork at both ends, no big deal. We dealt with Carlo, he was really helpful with the whole process and knowledgeable about the bikes and gave us some great tips for routes we can take. If you are renting in Italy, definitely rent them at Hertz in Milan.

La persona che ha partecipato non era presente. Doveva essere precedentemente localizzato telefonicamente. Erano rimaste solo due motociclette che, dopo aver aspettato un'ora, furono prenotate.

Motorbike was a BMW 1250GS and was great, new tires, perfect maintenance ... I spent 5 journeys riding across the Alps and it was amazing. Carlo is a lovely person passionate about motorbikes and will give you really good advices about riding and routes. Grazzie Carlo! Tip: be careful of some highways in which there are no tolls and you need to pay through a website.

Hertz is by far the best place to rent a motorbike when visiting Italia, or even when exploring outside this beautiful country and into neighboring countries. Daniele in Roma and Carlo in Milano are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and above all, super-honest. Unlike Ma and Pa shops, what you discussed and agreed, is what you will receive. No surprises. The bikes are well maintained, with low milage and come with original top cases and pannier. Both gentlemen are riders themselves and they will give you pointers on your planned route. Enjoy Italia.

Great experience. The Hertz Ride team (Daniele and Carlo) were very helpful and attentive. I felt like I was talking from biker to biker. The NC 750X turned out to be a great bike, it exceeded my expectations on the road. Finally, northern Italy is a great place to ride. The winding roads are worth exploring. I was very impressed with Hertz motorcycle rental in Milan. I rented a BMW 1250 GS for 3 weeks touring Italy, Austria and Croatia. The bike was in perfect condition and the service they provided was super friendly, professional and organized. I had no problems the whole time but it was nice to know that Carlos and Daniele were there and had my back if I needed them. Thanks for the great ride. If you want to rent a bike in Italy, look no further. They are top quality.

è stata una due giorni fantastica in sella sulla Honda NC 750 X, comoda, maneggevole e soprattutto sbrigativa sui passi. Abbiamo fatto: Aprica, Tonale, Gavia, Stelvio e Mendola, passando per Bormio (pernottamento) e Merano dal Mendola, poi giù da Riva del Garda fino a Desenzano e rientro a Milano, sono stati 800km di passione adrenalitica. da rifare! un saluto FB

Great service setting up the rentals. Great service picking them up. Great service returning. Bikes well maintained, low km (got the Honda with about 10k). Good value for your money. The website is a tad user unfriendly, but overall everything works. Carlo at the agency was super friendly and patient, and has lots of recommendation regarding roads to take.

Great rental agency. All the communication with Daniele, prior to arrival in Milan was excellent. Carlo, who is at the Milan location, is very knowledgeable, helpful and provides excellent service. It was a very pleasant experience to rent through Hertz Ride.

I have no problems recommending HetzRide Milano! They have a good set-up. New,well mantained bikes,reasonably priced concidering what you get. Both Danielle an Carlo are very pleasant dealing with and all questions get answered before you rent. I had the GS1250 for 2 weeks in the Alpes,no problems! I dont know what more to say really,it was all good. If you are looking for a rental you can trust,here you go!

Great experience with Hertz ride in Milano. I rented a BMW 1250GS for two days, riding around the Como lake and Major lake, which are super beautiful roads to do. The staff at Hertz gave me some routes to do around Como, which was much appreciated. Excellent rental store to take a ride around in the Italian Alps, I recommend !
