Ho noleggiato una macchina per tre giorni tramite Hertz zona stazione Centrale e mi sono trovata molto bene. La dipendente Maria Rosaria mi ha avviato il noleggio e dato istruzioni molto chiare sia per il ritiro della vettura che per la riconsegna. Trovo molto comodo che uno possa riconsegnare a qualsiasi ora nel parcheggio automatico, lasciando le chiavi al box. Non abbiamo ispezionato la vettura insieme perché già al parcheggio, ma ho avuto le foto precise fatte da loro. Menzione speciale a Daniele Renna, li ho chiamati la mattina perché mi ero accorta di aver dimenticato uno zainetto in macchina. L'ha messo da parte e mi subito fatto sapere di averlo trovato. Esperienza molto positiva. Noleggerò di nuovo da loro.

Super efficient and nice English speaking staff. Walked me out to show me where the parking garage was. I had such a good experience, I rented with them a second time the following week, especially because they rented the recently released Alfa Romeo Tonale. Nice opportunity to try it out. I saw how low their reviews were now when I planned to rent a moving van from them so I felt compelled to leave a good review. Maybe it depends on who you get at the desk. I had the same lady twice but the other people working there seemed pleasant too.

I arrived at opening. Checking in and getting the rental documents was easy as I was the only client. Dani was helpful and friendly. The print out that she gave me did have the damage report for the car was was mostly accurate. I took the $0 deductible insurance because I didn't want the hassle I read some other reviewers were having with additional charges after return. The issues that I had were that I reserved an Opel Corsa and instead received a Lancia Ypsilon. I was going on a road trip in the dolomites and stelvio pass, I'm surprised that little POS made it. The frustrating thing is that there were several Corsa's up in the parking lot, I'm not sure why I didn't get one. I also never received the return form that they are supposed to give you with the contract so that you can drop off your car afterhours. I didn't know about this form until I got to Bolzano airport and the office was closed. Overall no surprise charges and it worked out but it wasn't optimal.

I'm giving this business only 3 stars because I was charged more than I was originally quoted for our car. I had to call Hertz when we got back home in order to get a refund. This has happened to me twice with Hertz.

The Hertz return counter is located between decks 4 and 5 of the multi-storey carpark. It's a little hard to navigate a big car in this complex, especially if you are not used to right-hand drive. However, the ground staff were very efficient and the returning process was very fast.
