It was excellent. Everything was good. The car was clean and relatively new. The staff was friendly. I took a car from Rome to Naples for an all-day tour. The driver spoke English and said a lot of interesting things on the way. In general, I’m pleased with the service, I will book cars through them.

Già ad ottobre avevamo prenotato un trasferimento da Malpensa a Milano per il 2 marzo. A causa dell'epidemia il nostro volo è stato cancellato e abbiamo deciso di restituire i soldi per il trasferimento. A differenza di altre società, e abbiamo viaggiato con molte, la società Knopkatransfer.com ci ha restituito i soldi entro una settimana senza alcuna penalità. Ora abbiamo ordinato un'auto da loro ad Abu Dhabi. La prossima volta andrò solo con loro.

Ho prenotato sul sito web trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto di Skavsta (Svezia). Qualche tempo dopo l'ordine, sono stato contattato telefonicamente per ottenere ulteriori informazioni per la conferma. Successivamente mi hanno inviato le informazioni del conducente per il contatto di emergenza, ma non era necessario, ci ritrovammo rapidamente all'uscita.
