Staff managed to help me find the bag that I was looking for. However, the service received felt abit cold and insincere. Examples: 1, staff placed the card payment reader on the table without saying anything and expected me to know that it’s placed for me to make my payment. 2, staff has no eye contact when passing me my purchase and saying ‘thank you’.
