I visited this store the first day I was in Milan. Noticed that the decor was so old school. The sales lady we had so patently explained to us a bit about the history of the store. And how one of the new style relate to the history of Prada. We didn’t end up buying anything, nonetheless we felt super welcomed by the store people. She even recommended us to go upstairs to the cafe, which was 199 year old when we visited. We had a good experience there and would not hesitate to go back for more shopping

I've visited Milan on a number of occasions, and purchased clothes from the Prada men's boutique in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The staff have always been extremely engaging, charming, helpful, and knowledgeable. The caffè restaurant on the upper floor is also well worth visiting; I've enjoyed having lunch there, as well as dropping in for an espresso and a pastry.

It was a dream to buy a PRADA sunglasses when in Milan. It was very beautiful boutique of course its Milan. I don't see sunglasses display from the outside there were only handbags, but i went to asked and told me its on the lower level. The guy who assisted me were so accommodating and super helpful. And i tried a few and got exactly the one i really love. I am extremely satisfied ❤️

My experience at Prada was one of the most magical moments in my entire life on this earth. I normally don't get red carpet treatment when I go to any type of high end fashion house, When my husband and I went to this particular Prada location our Client Advisor Cristian P rolled out the red carpet and made us feel at home. Prada is my first love since a child, and I bought my first leather Prada bag at this location. I have few nylon Prada bags, but his one was special. I thank Cristian again for his professional and kindhearted service. I look forward to coming back to Milan and making another purchase at that store.
