Opened in September 2022, VESTA wows passersby with its entrance, a spectacular travertine marble staircase which leads from Via Fiori Chiari up to the main dehors bar. Conceived by architect Stefano Belingardi Clusoni, the marble steps fuse beautifully with a switchback (a tornanti) ramp and three cushioned benches, allowing guests to hang out on the stoop while admiring the Brera crowd strolling by. The dehors bar counter, situated at the top of the steps on the right, is also made of travertine marble, in harmony within the entire outdoor space. The far end of the dehors offers a picturesque glimpse of the apse of the deconsecrated church of San Carpoforo, now the headquarters of Brera Academy of Fine Arts but previously an ancient temple of the Vestals, the inspiration for the name VESTA. The bar team at VESTA is led by the Milano-born bar manager Francesco De Cristofaro. With previous experiences at Carlo e Camilla in Segheria and Camparino Milano, where he was part of the team that placed 27th in the World’s 50 Best Bars, Francesco lights up the space at VESTA with his free-spirited and refined hospitality. Francesco oversees the drinks not only at the main 57-seat dehors, but inside the 60-seat restaurant, and at a more exclusive bar one floor down in an intimate space that can accommodate up to 30 people, which is used for private events and after-dinner DJ sets. The lower level bar area has an elegant brass bar counter with a breathtaking backlit back bar (bottigliera) and features a latest-generation hidden ventilation system to accommodate smokers. Surrounding the DJ station is a comfortable L-shaped couch, ideal for a large group. For a minimum spend, one can even reserve a secret room at VESTA located on the main floor. Through a hidden door in the wall, fortunate guests can access this space, which is an ideal refuge for a private experience away from prying eyes. The space can be reserved for 2 up to 14 guests, and only the person who has reserved the room has the power to open the hidden door, adding to the exclusivity of the experience. 13 signatures cocktails are designed to complement the mainly fish-based dishes at the restaurant and the raw fish, oyster and caviar sharing plates at the dehors bar. The food program is overseen by the young chef Giorgio Bresciani, formerly of Michelin-starred Iyo Milano. One of the top selling drinks at VESTA is the Ligurian-twist on the Cardinale, the Negroni del Golfo with Campari bitter, Portofino Gin, Noilly Prat dry vermouth, basil and lemon cordial, with a basil leaf and lemon fragrance garnish. This aromatic and bitter aperitif is the perfect way to begin the evening at VESTA. To satisfy an ever growing market segment, there are also three no-alcohol signature cocktails at VESTA. One such creation is the Ambroeus Americano, which has all the complexity of a Negroni, but without the alcohol, thanks to the recently launched zero-ABV aperitivo Ambroeus, topped with soda and with lemon natural fragrance. With its four ample spaces, each distinct but all connected harmoniously, VESTA offers elegant but incredibly versatile experiences that best suits the occasion. In addition, VESTA is open every day at lunch and dinner and all day on weekends, making it a go-to place in Brera for bon-vivants, whether they be locals or international tourists.

Comincio dalle cose belle , la location è molto fina ed elegante, i piatti sono ben presentati e di ottima qualità ma a mio parere non giustificano il prezzo così alto . . Alla fine comunque abbiamo fatto una buona cena , mangiato bene ma speso troppo a mio avviso.. sicuramente torneremo ma magari per fare solo aperitivo, P.s vorrei dare un consiglio i bagni dovrebbero essere un po’ più puliti, in un locale così deve essere molto curato magari lavato più volte .. Un ultima cosa .. i camerieri prima di togliere il piatto davanti dovrebbero chiedere il permesso ☺️ perché magari quella persona stava ancora finendo di mangiare .. il resto tutto ok . 🤗

Impressed by the service. We sat for dinner before knowing it’s mostly a seafood restaurant. After looking at the menu we realised about this, and asked the check giving the reason. They didn’t charge us for the drinks we got and the host took us all the way to another Italian restaurant as a recommendation.

Located centrally in Milan, Vesta Fiori Chiari boasts a chic design and an impressive cocktail list. The drinks are spot-on, and the tiny plates of delicious food feature top-notch ingredients. Despite being a bit pricey (but still in line with what you pay in the area) the impeccable service and overall experience make it totally worth it. Highly recommended!

Aperitivo post cena senza prenotazione. Fuori al freddo, in piedi, addossati sul bancone. Cocktail ottimo, ma niente di eccelso. Da tornare però per provare la cucina. 18€ a cocktail: ci sta.

Un posto spettacolare di grande classe. Servizio e qualità della materia prima reggono perfettamente e a Milano difficilmente succede in location di questo tipo

Locale bello, alla moda, menù valido, atmosfera da serata milanese ma un po’ troppa confusione. Dovrebbero avvisare in fase di prenotazione che potresti essere all’aperto a mangiare. Cosa super negativa, non dovrebbero permettere ai tavoli di fumare, tantomeno con i tavoli di chi fa aperitivo confinanti con chi cena o pranza. Vivere l’intera cena con il fumo in bocca o nel naso è terrificante. Il servizio valido, bravi i ragazzi.

Accoglienza ottima, ho mangiato bene. Il locale è molto carino è elegante e moderno allo stesso tempo.

Si posiziona nel cuore della raffinata e meravigliosa Brera questo recente ristorante e bistro', location sensazionale, tutto richiama il bello e il lusso menu' con discreta scelta piatti di carne e di pesce superbi e perfetti anche le carni cucinate con passione e ingredienti di prima scelta consiglio la loro fantastica Wagyu dolci e passiti raffinati il servizio e' impeccabile e il cliente viene coccolato dall' inizio fino alla fine si possono consumare anche aperitivi in un gazebo all' esterno che ricorda gli yacht di lusso.

Sea Food restaurant in very nice location, the food is nice, excellent service, amazing outdoor seating.

Sono stato per caso, per una cena di lavoro. Non conoscevo questo posto ed è stata una bella scoperta. Cena tutta a base di pesce, molto buona Faceva freddo e non ho potuto apprezzare la parte esterna, che sicuramente merita con condizioni climatiche favorevoli. Spero solo non si riempia eccessivamente.

A very stylish, classy atmosphere; modern, urban restaurant. Some of the dishes were very delicious as sockeye salmon croutons, tagliolini sea orchins the sole fish was mediocre. We tried 3 different desserts, I can't say any of them were amazing. Service was good. We were 8 may be it’s better for small groups or couples.

Locale molto bello, menu particolare ed ottimamente eseguito, servizio attento. Ovviamente costoso (abbiamo pagato 120€ per antipasto, primo, dolce), ma nella norma per un locale del genere.

Disappointed seems like more the kind of place to be seen rather than a place to experience culinary delights. Fish dishes were average, plates were forgotten from our order.

Everything was great in general. After sharing couple of antipasti, I’ve tried the veal, which was amazing. The only thing I could say negatively was the desert. They were good but not as good as we were expecting, especially the raspberry one and the tiramisu. But definitely recommended, if you have visitors to host in Milan, it is a nice place to bring them.

Uniquely designed bar that opens up to the street. We highly recommend trying the celebrity mule cocktail; it is phenomenal.

Bellissima atmosfera, location molto elegante e curata. Servizio attento. Secondi sopraffini. Consiglio di non prenotare troppo tardi e al ristorante di non staccare le ostriche dal callo. Per il resto eccellente. Bellissima carta vini, con prezzi competitivi e tante chicche soprattutto su Francia ed estero.

In the hearth of Brera district a cozy restaurant. Definitely recommend to go. Very good food we had fresh fish cooked in an excellent way. Recommend dessert chocolate & pear. Wide assortment of raw fish as well and list of wine.

Had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The meat selection was superb, service top-notch, and the appetizers were divine. The waiter recommended an exquisite wine that added to the enjoyment. A must-visit place!
