We can’t thank Angela and team enough for their superb professionalism, organisational skills and creativity throughout our wedding prep and on the big day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a 5* service with great attention to detail and a friendly and non pretentious vibe. Communication from Angela was amazing throughout, she very quickly understood what we were looking for and went out of her way to make it happen. I had dreamed of a destination wedding in Italy but when it came to the planning I didn’t know where to start and felt overwhelmed. Luckily, I had a friend that recommended Angela (who had assisted her with an elopement in Lake Como) and I will forever be grateful. Angela, orchestrated a truly unforgettable 3 day event that surpassed all our expectations for our Villa Balbianello Wedding ceremony and reception, GHT Welcome Dinner and Lido di Lenno Beach Day in August 2023. From the initial consultations to the final execution, Angela’s attention to detail and dedication shone brightly. Her expertise in navigating the complexities of destination weddings in Italy ensured a seamless experience for us and our guests. Angela and her team helped make our wedding weekend in lake como everything we dreamed of and more! They were extremely attentive to all our needs, responsive at all hours even though we were working in different countries and time zones, and proactively negotiated with each of our international vendors whenever an issue needed to be resolved. Planning an Italian wedding while living in NYC would not have been possible without Angela and all three of our events worked out beautifully! If anyone is looking for a wedding planner to turn their Italian wedding dream into a reality - Angela is your girl! Her fee was reasonable compared to other lake como wedding planners, and she already had established relationships with all the vendors in the area as she has been in the wedding planning business for longer than many of her competitors who wanted to charge us a percentage of our entire budget (which to me seems like a huge conflict of interest when you are trying to keep the budget low). I highly recommend Angela and her team for all your Italian wedding needs. They will get the job done beautifully and at a reasonable price!

Angela was a great planner. I had a very small civil ceremony at Balbianello. She helped us through the process and even set up a toast on the water. She is very knowledgeable on all things needed as for Italian civil ceremony. We didn’t have a traditional set up of events but she made our day special for us and our guests. She even sourced special local goods for our welcome bags. I don't think I could've done of it without her!

Not sure how to describe Angela but it’s like having the best wedding planner in the world who happens to be part of your family the day you meet her? I went thru the process, done my research and found Angela, just like anyone who may be searching for someone. She never said no to me and accommodated everything we wanted to have a perfect ceremony in Lake Como. I would use Angela again but since I am not planning on getting married again, she is now just a great friend. Angela is a best of class, knowledgable, caring and top notch wedding planner. She planned our 2 day wedding and with high consideration and execution of every detail. She secured Villa Balbianello in the summer for us and on a date when we can have the Villa for ourselves until 2 am. We can’t thank Angela, Simona and Beza enough, they were so incredibly patient with our wedding due to the COVID restrictions delaying our wedding. My wife and I, couldn’t be more grateful for all of their support and advise throughout the whole planning process. Not only we’re they lovely, genuine people but they were always available to chat whether that was via WhatsApp/call/email. Angela and her team have fantastic relationships with all venues and suppliers around Lake Como, which made the planning that bit easier as it is so clear that they are highly respected in the industry. Despite having an extremely high amount of weddings this year due to covid, they made sure our perfect day ran seamlessly, and gave us the greatest day possible. We can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to use them in the future!

The best wedding planners in the world! I can’t explain enough how amazing this company is, Angela & Simona helped plan our dream wedding in lake Como & we will be forever grateful to them both! We are a Scottish couple & planning a wedding in another country had its challenges especially planning during covid & having to postpone due to covid, they dealt with all the stress, were always available for a chat & communication was great. My partner and I found Angela when we began searching for Italian wedding planners and quickly got in touch after stalking both her website and social media and saw her wealth of experience. We knew we had made the right choice in picking Angela after our first Zoom call and felt an instant connection to both her and her energy - she exudes passions for all things weddings and her excitement is contagious! As Brits planning an Italian wedding remotely and in less than a month, we assumed the process would be difficult and stressful, however Angela, a fluent English speaker, liaised with all the vendors on our behalf and made the process seamless and easy. Getting married in Italy was super difficult things in terms of paperwork, process etc. Lile waiting fir paperwork tk be fone, appointments with aus Italian embassy took months. Diy wedding planning started to feel like a nightmare, trying to navigate our way through Italian system. then Angela came to rescue, guided us through the whole process. She's calm, patient, thorough, knowledgeable. Most importantly she delivered and she's flexible in her approaches. We loved our wedding. It was beautiful and memorable. Would highly recommend.

Angela planned the most gorgeous 3-day celebration for my husband and I. She is so charismatic, down-to-earth, easy to work with, and fully capable of producing a 5 star wedding - without the unwanted stress. We had several layers of complexity including a large-sized wedding, the need to provide transportation for everyone to and from all the events over 3 days, and multiple different vendors and caterers. However, due to being on the Lake Como wedding circuit for so long, Angela has personal relationships with each of them and consistently made sure that we got the highest-quality and personalized service! By the end of our wedding, we felt like Angela and her team were part of the family. Although our wedding was in August 2019, guests still contact me weekly to let me know it was the best time of their lives! Looking back, there is no one else that we could have imagined achieving our fairy-tale wedding with. Thank you, Angela!

We used Angela for our wedding few years ago and was amazing , from picking the perfect location to the best catering you can imagine. We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the same location, unfortunately we had to cancel due to Covid and Angela was fantastic as usual to support us all the way and moving it to next year. and we can’t wait to celebrate it in 2021 and thanks so much for making it stress free!

Angela was amazing with helping to plan our wedding on Lake Como. She is very professional and communicative. Her established professional relationships with vendors in the wedding industry is amazing and was essential when searching for reliable quality vendors. At the drop of a hat, Angela knew the perfect vendor personally to fulfill our wedding day dream; from finding a Mariachi band, to the the church organ player (a day before the wedding), right down to a Spanish speaking priest to officiate our religious ceremony. Angela really held our hand throughout the wedding preparations and I credit her 100% with the successful filling of paper work at the US Embassy and local town hall. Without her, my husband and I would have been lost with regards to all the paper work that needed to be filled. Angela truly loves what she does and the people she works with; and it shows in the commitment and hard work she dedicates to ensuring the weddings she plans are not only a success but a dream come true for her couples. My husband and I Love Angela and all she did for us. We hope that we can keep a friendship with her because she truly is an amazing person.

Angela was our day wedding coordinator for our wedding that happened on 13-06-18., I cannot recommend her enough. We had our heart set on a wedding in Italy, but the coordination seemed too difficult to do. We had contacted so many other wedding coordinators, but we did not need the services they provided, so were not happy to pay 2.5 - 4k they quoted. Full wedding coordination service includes venue sourcing, help with venue decor, hair and make up, transport and all aspects of your wedding. However I am different to most brides, I am a wedding photographer at Lensi Photography, so I am involved in weddings and help my brides in planning! I did not need help to source a venue - we already knew where we wanted our wedding , I knew how I wanted my decor, my hair stylist was coming from the UK, my make up artist was coming from the UK, I knew how I wanted my cake etc. So could not bring myself to pay for something I already had under control, already had booked or decided on, but knew I needed someone to coordinate the day. I did for a while consider doing my own coordination, as a professional I am calm and organised, I am able to calm my brides down, butIi am so glad I did not try this, as a bride I had "BRIDE BRAIN' (similar to baby brain) was not calm at all and really needed someone else to deal with and coordinate all of these aspects. Most companies did not offer day coordination only, we got so many quotes from others but none were offering what we wanted. Then Angela and Bespoke Lake Como Weddings was recommended from a FB post. Angela called me straight away (FB phone calling). Other coordinators got back to us days later, some emailed but she was the only one who acted straight away. We never needed to chase her for things, there was no waiting days for information etc. which was incredibly reassuring at a time when you can be extremely stressed with so many other things. Her prices were reasonable and she offered day coordination with x number of services arranged too. Angela has been in the business for decades and literally knew everyone, whenever we had a query she would have the contact numbers for the owners in her phone, call them and get it sorted. Some coordinators were spoke to previously seemed to have the idea that just because you were having your wedding on lake como that your finances were endless, this was not the case with Angela. As a result she was able to work with us on things we needed to save money on. We bought our decor from the UK and she kindly stored this for us until she dropped it at the venue the day before our wedding. She worked with us on a few things such as this that saved us money. She attended meetings with other vendors with us to ensure everything was smooth. The officiant she found for our service was amazing! She spoke English so we did not have to pay for a translator (another saving) and so she knew how to throw her voice, this meant we did not need a PA system for the 30 min ceremony, which again saved. As a wedding professional myself I know the qualities of a good professional coordinator and Angela has all of these. She is so positive and up beat, she was on top of everything on the day, letting us know when things were arriving, keeping track of the time, over runs etc, she was also at our wedding all day. If you want a wedding or day coordinator that you can fully trust. If you want a wedding or day coordinator that will offer 100% transparency. If you want a wedding or day coordinator you can get hold of when you need to. If you want a wedding or day coordinator that knows all the vendors in the area. If you want a wedding or day coordinator that is fair with prices. If you want wedding or day coordinator that is down to earth. If you want a wedding or day coordinator that delivers on what is promised.
